The comment Re earnings came from a broker calculation - very dangerous I know.
Agree that management not taking up options would provide very cold comfort.
I envisaged a US equity firm would be the theoretical buyer - but EOS could do a NASDAQ listing (plenty of military analysts in the US investment houses).
The dream is that if this company grew to $60-80 M earnings then a share price of $24-32 (20 x earnings) would be possible based on the current capital structure. This would take at least 3 years.
But there are obviously risks!!
