Is this some sort of joke

My investment went from $35000 down to $700 thanks to the dodgey consolidation and very poor/incompetent company management over the last 6 months or so.
At least there is only 169m shares.
But now they wish to take it up to 3.6b shares.
How can this be allowed to happen.
What a joke.
It was a hot copper email talking up this company in the first place that got me interested.
Nothing of what was expected of this company has been realized.
I am one very unhappy invester.
I'd rather burn my money than see it go towards more company salary capital.
