I agree with Edeagle, I didn't see what was written by VIVA ITALIA, he does seem to be rather exuberant, usually in a hard, leg pulling way, I do hope this isn't permanent,we need people with a quick wit, if enough people support his return I'm sure management would reconsider. Ask him to publicly and unreservedly appologise (for whatever it was that he did)
