He is also am member of EITI ( Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative )
a group of Countries who aim for transparency in OIL and other extractive industries.
As CTR has major problems getting information out of the operator ( LAR ) according to CTR's
auditor, it may be an opportune time to contact the head directly?
