When it is abundantly clear that you are not allowed to travel to a specific area and u do whatever it takes to go there and do so.

How would anybody know if you went there or not?

.....or if you did any number of other things the Minister decided were acts of terrorism or not?

How would any know .....if you had no right to a Fair Trial?
