I know my client has been convicted for threatening to kill many people, I know he bought a gun and 100 rounds of ammunition. I know he wrote a will implicating himself. I do acknowledge he used social media to threaten rape and the slitting of the throat of our female PM. I do acknowledge he travelled to Syria and has been in contact with other well known terrorists.
But your honour. There is absolutely no way he could be a terrorist and poses no risk to us in the future coz he wears a marrijuana cap. Defence rests!
