    Arsenic good to have your opinion here. I'm hoping to learn something from it.

    Given the sp punishment how do you see the production revenue being spent towards restoring value?

    Do you see a cashflow plan to hit our production goals from Stanley? Can we see it too?

    do you think that the current remuneration plan and kpis set the right medium term direction that management should follow. If not how should management be incentivised to do so? Are the terms of the kpis set correctly in context of where the oil market is?

    You mention in other posts managements greater pain due to their higher vestment. Please note Brent's annual wages are higher than the value of his holdings as per 2014 annual report. At the time he had by far the highest holding out of the management team.

    Brent was ranked Australia's 158th highest paid ceo for 2014.
