Well, that's a grim (and very dilutive) scenario to ponder so hopefully they can put forward some leftfield piece of news before then to get the price up and not sure why it wasn't done on the last rally; even 3c would have been a good outcome and given sophs a chance to flip a quick 50% profit or so.
I don't think funding will be an issue (note IVX's recent $6.3M CR) but i agree that the CR price is of concern and i do question mgmt's abilities in termsof capital mgmt. Ensuring those options are exercised next year should be a strong focusand provide a sp target to work towards.
