AUD was worth $US1.04 when Greenbushes was sold. Its now $US0.76 That makes that sale worth around $1.16billion in todays $A.
Allowing for increase lithium demand etc it is reasonable to suggest Greenbushes would be worth over $A3Billion. I'm conservatively happy with half of that for PLS.
Plus Tantalite value of course.
