    Im 100% for you.

This is poor form for an executive chairman. His (our company) is suppose to be heading into a landmark deal with Walmart and he decides to sell shares to pay for a tax bill... You kidding me. You sell of your bad stock, not your good stock... AND min you he sell's on a bad trading day!

Im okay, and its only fair that directors sell from time to time, but they should also buy and I never saw him or any other director buy stock when the really good news came about Walmart (unless I missed it)

That screams to me, something is wrong as the tax story doesn't cut it. From all accounts the Exec Chairman is a fairly wealthy man. Why sell YOW at such an important period? Why didn't any other director buy when the news came out (again, might have missed something).. and to boot, Im still unsure about the stocking of YOW in the US market

Very poor choice, and it now officially concerns me, that what is, is not what it is. It certainly might sell, but maybe everything on the Walmart deal was a little over pumped.
