re: mervs still buying - major licence deal soon? I would have thought that if there was a major license deal pending that Merv would be prohibited from buying any more shares as he would have inside information. Given that the old ASIC head is Chairman of GTG, Merv would unlikely be buying shares in GTG if he was aware of a license as this would be insider trading.

The way I read it is that Merv would not buy GTG shares on inside information but is simply propping up the price in the absence of any license deals.
