re: farmout - dont think so If they could get those terms for a farmout then yeah, farmdown. Remember though that they only start with 45% of Madura, so 15% of that is only 6.75% of the hole so I'd suspect a potential partner would want a bigger slice of the action if COE are to be free carried.
