Read the fine print on that notice today p2. The $US 50/t is reliant on the 14-15mt/a run rate, but excludes INTEREST, capital expenditure (waste removal?), depreciation and amortization (so nothing will break down and need to be replaced), one-off restructuring costs, (how many dollars spent here?) and other non cash costs (huh)?

Interest is going to be about $2/t with over $300m debt, unless they get the $180m, even then when they go down to 6mt/a interest is going to kill them.
