I went to a Christian high school and anal sex and homosexuality was covered. I also was taught sex ed in primary school but I remember being taught more vaguely then, and for the boys to expect erections and wet dreams and the girls to expect menstruation.
But the high school education was more practical and useful. I dont remember wanting to have anal sex as a result of it, thats for sure. But it did teach me to be relaxed about sex.
Fortunately our teacher also taught us that oral sex was a good idea and perfectly safe and healthy. We'd probably have a lot less angry old people around the place if this was taught a long time ago too.
