    Is there anything in the announcement that warrants this reaction?

    The fundamentals of the company remain sound and strong.

    The sector it operates in is stable, and demand is strong for its products/services.

    Productivity and efficiency must improve for the company, but 25% down after the announcement tells me that there is more to it than simple market reaction and shareholders not liking it.

    At these prices, $0.57, the company is significantly undervalued.
