Soon I will shuffle off this mortal coil yet I still have to read about ''NB'' who appears to have mysterious confidential conversations directly with some shareholders but not others who then seem honour bound not to disclose to anyone else. Fair enough if they choose not to do so and the info already is in the public domain.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the Corporations Act? Maybe I missed some amendments somewhere.
I originally thought this company was under professional management but this ''wink,wink, nudge,nudge '' sort of stuff is bollocks.
I still have very positive outlook based on FA but its about time this management stops playing share games and gets on with running the whole corporation like the medium size business they want to become soon.
