Everything everyone is saying is all good and well. I would agree an approachable MD is a great thing however when comments are being made about expected deadlines that create a hype around the share... it doesn't look good when it doesn't come off. I don't think people are judging the character of the man but the relaxed way in which he predicts important milestones within the company. Sometimes no news is good news....
