    How about......

    4. Management don't have to read HC, see that a handful of posters/holders are stamping their feet about TIVAN results being kept in house, and then all of a sudden release something to "the market" that they never intended to release in the first place?

    Why do you presume there is an entitlement to know these results prior to the release of the DFS?
