Eshmun, your belief about damages is probable.imo

Now one thing that you or some other poster can give an informed opinion on is

Can a Judge take it upon himself (take for instance that AGS maynot seek damages) to return ACE to its original position? (do you understand what I'm asking.?)

As it stands now, from my understanding (what I've always posted, from AGS's announcements and what was told at the AGM) AGS would need to make the next Cash call to have at least 15% of the MDA.!

With what I can garner from my enquiries I am not impressed and not confident that my holdings with an average of 19.5c will be covered or covered to any meaningful extent. imo only. That's the reality to me.


Can I buy and make upto 50% from here atm? I believe so!
