re: jc - are we forming a broadening top. insane moves in metals overnight yet BHP & RIO came off quite quickly in the UK and BHP was down in US trade.
Investors know the moves in metals are too insane and will come off tonight. How much? Well, who knows. But better be cautious and hence there'll be profit taking today in resource stocks.
The big fall in the Dow has triggered this.
Smart money will move from all this speculative madness and go to safety of cash & bonds.
