I am enquiring as to whether you can give me an update as to the situation in respect of the dispute. ie Has the "MDA" been qualified and accepted by both Parties (yet)?

Also I would like to enquire as to the latest Court Action and what bearing will it have on the Reduction Process ie If AGS wins the Sales Rights will the Reduction Process be addressed by the Courts?

Also at this point in time will the Sale process resume if AGS receives Sales rights from the Court Decision and what will ACE's percentage of Four Mile be if the Sale is resumed?

and could you inform me if AGS is seeking Damages with the latest Court Action?

Questions One and Four have been discussed on here and as I posted first up this morning.

I stand by everything I have posted regarding the MDA.

Eshmun was on the mark as to whether AGS was seeking Damages.. imo

All I can post, the rest is up to the individual shareholder to enquire if they desire or take MMartin's view!.
