11.65m shares to register a 1% movement...18 or 19m moved yesterday plus a few mil more on previous day...3 business days to lodge a Form 604 change in subst holding...have to assume change was reached yesterday, so if what you say is what's going on, expect to see a notice Tues - Wed next week.

It could be something else though.

By my reckoning the top 2 have an avg of around 15c, so with a return of 6.4c and sell of 7c, they'd be taking a ~1.6c/sh loss....which may of course be acceptable to them if they just want to move on.

I suppose if they sell as many as they can into 7c prior to spud, they'll have plenty left to sell at much higher prices should H-1 be commercial, thus recouping any losses. If it's not commercial the sp is going to be much lower than now, at least for a time anyway....imo.
