Maybe I've missed the whole point with this thing [not the first time], but Adani aren't "mining coal" to sell at a certain price point [ie, to sell, in typical open markets] - they're [Adani] mining coal, to feed their own, already built/under construction coal fed power stations in India. Their total cost structure is what matters to them, not just the dollar price of coal - but the reliable supply of it too.
