I like how you twist words and take logic jumps with my meanings. Straight up, in case you get confused, I dont accept the Leicester Document on face value.

Back to the issue at hand. You said that Polio has been renamed . So we can test that by empirical evidence from the use of Iron Lungs . If the numbers of Iron lungs has increased , stayed the same or fallen then we could infer something about teh cases of Polio, as Iron Lungs are used in extreme cases of polio.
So it wouldnt matter if the name has changed , as the numbers of Iron lungs used would have stayed the same. In fact you could have called Polio "Betty", but a proof is for you to show that Iron Lung useage has stayed the same.

BTW Vaccinations for polio virtually eliminated Polio.

Sanitation is a wonderful thing. I love to wash my hands . But how do you know that others have ? How do I know that you do? Sanitation keeps us safe from a lot of bugs, but it didn't eradicate Small pox and it didnt eliminate Polio.

So a simple test would be , show the number of polio cases against a sanitation indices. There are many poor countries around the world and they must have poor sanitation , so polio would be rampant there.

Have you been to Asia? Would you trust everyone to wash their hands or the food before you eat it?
