It also doesn't seem to have a price attached to it. So if GAM only wanted to pay say $5k/t and someone else was going to pay $6k/t (number example only), then we could sell it to other party unless GAM matched offer.
GAM should be told of offers and asked if they want the product at that price as a courtesy anyway, after all they did give us the land/tenements.
My preference is to do the right thing by GAM wherever possible. You never know they might have some other tenements we don't know about and are prepared to give them to us with a good working relationship, plus they still own equipment at Wodgina we will probably want to use.
