The federal Govt has refused to reinstate its contribution to the concession scheme!! This fed. contribution was to be worth 223mil. dollars over four years. It axed this money last year and the Newman Govt made up the shortfall via the axing of the carbon tax!! Pensioners cant trust this govt as they cut costs, Hurting the poor and familys the most !while leaving the rich, and wealthy companys alone!! A state such as queensland with a gross state debt of 86 BILLION dollars and collapsing REVENUES fron Coal etc . are not in a position to fund these shortages Though not voting fo A Pal., I commend her for her compassion!
