re: uranium hot on johnny's agenda Oly, y'know you're just a conservative old f4rt. this 80/20 thing CMR/Cash, i just can't bring myself to do it, you know with CMR's latest rise i've got
96% CMR
3.5% other mining shares
0.5% cash, 0% cash if i paid out the credit card

And i still get to sleep at night just fine, i couldn't be more comfortable. I just keep thinking about all those people with huge mortgages, paying for houses that havent increased in value when compared to metals. They kid themselves that their $600,000 house is worth $600,000, when in reality if they sold it, they could only afford to buy a similar dog box next door, and pay a handsomely higher transfer tax for the priveledge.

I sold my car and invested that money in CMR, what used to be a go fast peugeot, is now a good condition late model second hand porsche.

I will pay cash for my next house, i will have change, my mortgage will be tax deductible and i'll be living off dividends.
