Hi malgmac,
I wrote to Senator John Williams, who was a Member of the Senate Inquiry into ASIC Committee, on the 28h July, 2013, and in it I asked him to consider including my representations concerning CuDeco(CDU) trading on the ASX, as a Common Factor with the Senate Inquiry regarding ASIC and CBA activities.
In support I forwarded him copies of letters I had written about CDU to:
1. The Chairman, Australian Securities and Investments Commission(ASIC).
2, The Prime Minister.
3. The Treasurer.
4. The Commonwealth Ombudsman.
5. Commissioner of Police, NSW.
These papers were subsequently approved by the Senate Inquiry into ASIC Committee for inclusion with the other submissions. It appeared as Item No.89 Mr. Maxwell Morris (PDF 95KB) .
The matter has not been totally resolved in Government ,as I understand the present position.. Also, for your information, I have acted alone wih all my representations.
cheers,
Max.
