How ridiculous is this whole situation for the Reduction Process to come into play and be activated with no definitive position on the MDArea. If you were a Director, would you do that?

Its not reasonable to assume that the Directors would activate the Process possibly knowing that 110m is all she wrote and AGS withdraws from Four Mile.imo
Wheres the Dragoman advice and/or Legal advice? They're paid to do something surely!


But at the last AGM, its been sticking in my head that John Dunlop spoke about the Reduction process playing out as some advantage to AGS ("Do the sums" comment) All heard it. imo Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Why did he sign off on that last announcement. Where do we stand? Will it come into play if the decision goes against AGS?

The quicker the Judge hands down his decision one way or the other, the better.

It has to end.!
