Because no update on permit, also the risk of having 100% of nothing instead of 50% double the risk v double the reward but management have no proven themselves as competent in the area of liaising with govt departments and obtaining a permit which is the make or break of this project, instead of spending money of advancing Pilg which was the whole point of the CR as far as i believe....
