If the U price decreases by another 50%, which I believe it will within 2 -3 years, PDN's balance sheet may make sure their business plan will be in shreds - already is.
It could drop by another 75% or worse.
I don't believe PDN is investment quality - it's a boom/bust dinosaur along with all U hopefuls (including Cameco) - enjoy the trade.
