I would not be very happy having say 10 sales staff out of 20 total staff in USA and only be booking $100,000 in one month apart maybe the first month to June 15 .... might make allowances for gearing up and training etc but I would expect it to be lumpy but each should bring in sales of over $1 million each per year of new business as once you get a customer signed up the renewal will be easier if the service levels are maintained, improved and kept touch with users. Its not to difficult to ask customers to find out other services or customers who could benefit from NEA services. Some sales will take awhile to consummate others very fast. I don't know what wages and incentive schemes are like in USA but NEA not in USA to run a co-op to cover staff costs. Simons a good leader and i'm sure we will be surprised as the selling team gets into its element how well they should do seeking out top dollar government users.
