sacd, I don't think many people are shaken by Gann45's posts but it is an approach that appeals to us the same way that we read the astrology columns in the paper. It would be nice to know the future, at least as far as market trading goes. On top of that, he's in the gann tradition and while gann may have been a bit 'esoteric' at the edges (vibrations and astrology etc) he was also a phenomenally successful trader. The central basis of ganns work was crowd psychology imo, and who is going to deny that is important?

For me gann45 material is telling me about the same as what I glean from reading, watching tv, analysing the market and trading every day. There have been heaps of indications that the market is overcooked, and gann45 wasn't the only one saying so. I'm happy to trade this correction in the best ways I know, and I'll trade the rebound as well. Whether this is the start of a trend down - its too early to tell, but imo this is just a counter trend move.
