A healthy country , politically & Financially , need to have a proper constitution in place .
If the constitution gives power to any individual , to do as he/she likes once on the driver's seat , then the outcome will be unknown .
A healthy government is the result of other watchdogs keeping an eye on , and intervene once need arises .
Greece for example don't have this .
Somehow the president is a tourist attraction .
