The US people are supremely ignorant about the world outside the US. They are fed like chickens on steroids with propaganda about the US being the best best best from the instant they can crawl.
Then they ask the question in total amazement "why do they hate us?"
When you get such a compliant uncritical mob like that clumsily manipulating world affairs through their economic influence, military and instruments like the CIA, you have a kind of super fascism without any controls at all.
