You missed one factor PF. When positive sentiment returns to the gold market it will be accentuated in the gold stocks. That is when ridiculously high P/E ratios come into play as well. Don't bother using 7s 8s and 9s. When sentiment returns it heads to 15 plus and sometimes even higher silly numbers. Just hope it is some time this decade.
I also hope BB stays well and healthy.
