Honestly - looking at the previous course of events - where PB was overseas - he was discussing with Woojin and their talks were going 'extremely well'
I expect financing and financing agreement with technology swap before the DFS - wouldnt be surprised if it came during this week sometime or early next week
with DFS to follow @july end!
so should that happen - would easily rocket up beyond the 35c mark!
