qqqqqqqqq, this is an extract from your relevant post:

"Constant delays in MOU execution and no financial details released other than quarterly

The 79.51% majority holding by an Art collector who only interest is collecting Picasso paintings

The fact that the company has no been able to raise funds for nearly 2 years other than from Ralph and Co

The need for a CR to fund ongoing activities or expansion further dilution

CAPEX of $76m for tin production

Dilution of share capital to well over 1 billion shares ( mou and convertible note)

The 550m shares in escrow at 5c cost

The Chinese economy and Commodity prices and Demand

DYOR as all issues must be discussed and cannot imo be ignored."

I might be wtong but to me these are one liners. You are making statements without providing any substance behind them but inviting others to comment on them and in the process having to undertake extensive research and wasting their own time doing so. This to me is wrong.

If as you say you have raised these issues and provided rationale behind them then two issues arise IMO. One is, if they have been raised and discussed, then why do they need to be regurgitated time and time again. The second is, if you think they are worthy of being raised again, then surely you should not have any trouble providing the rationale and setting.

As I pointed out, at least one of the statements is either wrong or grossly misleading.

    All IMOO and pls DYOR!!
