Dan called out management to largely deaf ears for so many months. Myself, over past 8 months or so? BDR took my money twice before & weren't going to get a third Dan chose to stay, hoping it would turn around but, he was still realistic. Myself. I got out (gladly) once I lost trust for management. Some take a little while. Others, a little quicker. Pride will sink you every time! Humility, will snap you back to reality.
