I know a disability pensioner that can surf on a SKI........ with his back bent almost double
as all who have seen a guy on a short wave ski........... go out in 8 foot waves .
Some of these people are dead set crooks.
He got enough to buy 2 properties when he "retired " .
Just ask around until you get onto the crookest doctor.
