The US price of gold does effect dumb market sentiment its true so I know where you are coming from,
but as an Australian producer the US price of gold has little effect on ABM's bottom line, in a strengthening US $ environment.

The US dollar goes up
the US price of gold goes down, (they have an inverse relationship)
but so does the Australian dollar have an inverse relationship to the US $, so this off sets and wipse out any drop in the Australian gold price.

In fact today the US price of Gold is down, but the price ABM end up getting in Australian dollars has gone up.

We would only hurt in terms of revenue if we were a buyer in US$.
