Grotburger - I am of the understanding that the holders of the convertible notes would be first in line to receive their money that was injected into the company if liquidation of the company was to happen. The only realistic way forward is for the issue of the new shares to the convertible note holders and to existing shareholders to allow the company to move forward. I understand it is a massive haircut for existing shareholders but complaining to ASIC isn't going to get any of us anywhere.
