Why would they reduce their percentage? They're not a public company looking for an exit or quick buck. It's absolutely in their best interest to hold onto their 50%. They are not required to contribute any capital for Phase 1 at all. They're completely free carried through risk. And the only remaining risk is sovereign and they pretty much have that covered.
