The only people who should have firearms are those who need it, farmers, police, security etc.

There is no reason that an average person should have a firearm, let alone a concealed weapon.
We don't need people to start acting the 'hero', that is taking the law into your own hands (Shooting dead a robber while he attempts to rob the store you are in).
