We’re very sorry to hear about your issues with Google Chrome.
Unfortunately, Google Chrome is indeed removing support for all plug-ins, such as Java, which supports IRESS Trader / webIRESS. As a result, we’re now recommending Firefox and Internet Explorer as supported browsers for Windows users.
In September, Google will fully remove support for the Java plug-in. However, in the meantime there is a way to get around this that should allow you to continue using Chrome. Instructions for this can be found here - http://support.iress.com.au/iress/files/IRESSTrader_GoogleChrome42.pdf
