IMO when Wal King was appointed, and much was made about this being more of an infrastructure project than a mining project, SDL still believed they would be involved in the rail/port.
Now that the Cameroon Government and Chinese SOE's have taken over that area, is Wal King and his infrastructure prowess (via Leighton Holdings) still the right man for the job?
If SDL ever gets off the ground, it's now going to be a pure mining operation that pays commercial tariffs to a third party infrastructure provider.
