From the ground up is how you change it. However, every time I mention it, nobody gives me a thumbs up which pretty much says that everybody is far to envious, and thus can't bring themselves to pay politicians more money.
So when the public change I'll start a movement!
Until then, everyone will just keep bitching and continue to do nothing to change the situation!
