Why thanks for the “like” aqua, good to see your sense of humour is still intact! I am assuming that the answer is yes and by extrapolation you also do miracles and can help me with an answer to the following question which has been bugging me for some time:

Where a JV forward program is committed, would all JV partners normally be required to put aside the budgeted moneys for that entire program before the program actually starts?

I have asked this question with respect to FAR specifically on HC recently and then rephrased it in a more general way to a deathly silence (refer posts 15651151 and 15652175 below). Whisky thought it would be well by well, but suggested I check with FAR. Seeing as you sound a bit closer to them than I am, you might be in a better position to pursue this or perhaps already know the answer?
