Auto, Pdn does have a lot of shares on issue and with recent dilution @ 60 and again in the 20's but they haven't diluted 4000 % . The SP has tanked equivalent to 4000% dilution however ($9 divided by 40).
As 80% of U308 is bought years in advance , it wont take much change in sentiment to see the current spot jump sharply as has been seen in the past. A current spot of 40-45 will quickly see future contracts been signed off @ 50 plus which will very quickly see a PDN SP of $1 plus imo.
