If as Russia claims MH17 was indeed shot down by a Ukrainian missile and / or a Ukrainian fighter pilot then why do not they not welcome an international tribunal to prosecute the guilty Ukrainians they could use the famous Carlos as a prize witness!
One can only assume that the Russians know who really shot down MH17 and they will do everything they can to hinder confirmation of the truth in this regard.
